This program was organized as a part of mentality and patriotic development of children at the age up to 13. 2000 packages of aeroplane models with the name “Victor plane” were bought under the auspices of the administration and the trade union committee of OAO Makeyev GRTs. These planes were called in honor of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. Planes were presented to children of 1, 2, 3 schoolclasses of Mashgorodok and children from child day care centres.
